With a master’s degree in Education specializing in Leadership and Organization Development, Mindy also serves as an Assistant Professor in Healthcare Leadership at Mayo Clinic. Her diverse expertise includes executive coaching, board retreat facilitation, leadership development programs, succession planning, and integrating AI into leadership practices. She’s passionate about elevating others and has a track record of helping leaders achieve career-defining breakthroughs including promotions to CEO roles and transformative organizational impact.

Mindy’s clients appreciate her direct, deeply personalized approach and her ability to help them think differently, act with clarity, and lead with integrity. She works almost exclusively in six- to twelve-month coaching engagements with unlimited sessions, focusing on outcomes, not hours.

Mindy is based in St. Augustine, Florida, where she lives with her three beloved French bulldogs: Blue, Rocky, and Ranger.
